• Stay hydrated and eat something before smoking.
• Choose an appropriate setting and company for your first experience.
• Have a friend who's experienced in smoking present if possible.

When choosing your cannabis, consider the strain's potency and the method of consumption. Different strains offer various effects, from relaxing indica to uplifting sativa. Opt for a strain that suits your desired experience, whether for relaxation or mood enhancement.

Is Smoking the Only Option?

While smoking is a popular method, it's not the only one. Consider edibles, vaporizers, and tinctures for a different experience. Each method delivers cannabis in a different way, affecting onset time and intensity of effects.

What If I Have a Bad Reaction?

If you experience adverse effects, such as anxiety or paranoia, it's important to address them calmly. Remove yourself from the environment if necessary, relax, and wait for the effects to subside. If symptoms persist, seek medical attention immediately.
