How to make sugar free cannabis hard candy
- Decarboxylate the cannabis or concentrate. Bake flower at 240 F for 40 minutes, or heat distillate at the same temperature for 20 to 30 minutes, until bubbling slows.
- Calculate the dose per piece before you cook. Divide the total THC milligrams by the number of cavities in your mold.
- Set your molds on a heat-safe surface next to the stove and grease them if the manufacturer suggests it.
- Add the isomalt or allulose to a heavy saucepan with a small splash of water.
- Heat on medium and stir only until the crystals dissolve.
- Stop stirring and clip the thermometer to the side of the pan.
- Cook until the syrup hits 310 F for isomalt or 320 F for allulose. Stay at the stove.
