Read the label before you open the bottle
I look for three numbers on every package: milligrams of THC per serving, milligrams of THC in the whole container, and the CBD content if there is any. A 30 ml bottle with 300 mg THC total holds roughly 10 mg per full dropper, which is a full adult serving, not a starter dose. Bottles marketed as 1:1 will show equal THC and CBD, and those tend to feel calmer than THC alone.
